Refund policy

All sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

The only exceptions are:

  • The customer receives the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.

     

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

    Due to the nature of personal care products, opened, used, or tested items cannot be returned or exchanged.
